CLINICAL RESEARCH MANAGER

The Clinical Research Manager will be responsible for managing the direction, planning, and execution of clinical trials and data collection activities, and assisting with the interpretation of clinical data. Provides input into design and implementation of clinical protocols, data collection systems and final reports.
Responsibilities for study execution including recruitment and enrolment strategies, oversight of monitoring activities, study conduct, compliance with regulatory standards, and completion of data transfer. Prepares for and participates in audits. Prepares study-related documents and reports of trial progress. Develops and administers budgets and contracts. Interacts with various internal/external groups to facilitate conduct of clinical trials.
  
REQUIREMENTS
At least 3 years as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) with on-site, primary monitoring responsibilities. Experience as a CRA Leader and/or Manager strongly preferred.
Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills
Ability to travel up to 30%
Bachelor's degree required; R.N. or B.S.N. preferred
